Destination Media, the leader in digital out-of-home media, today announces the addition of Dana Gruskin to vice president of national sales, western region and Jeannine Palmieri to director of national sales, western region. Both will report to Nancy Steinfeld, senior vice president of national sales, western region. Additionally, Michael Farrell has been appointed director of national sales, eastern region, reporting to Rob Fontanella, senior vice president of national sales, eastern region.

These individuals bring a track record for strategic sales development and revenue growth, fostering new and existing client relationships, and unparalleled experience in selling to both clients and agencies to Destination Media. With these additions, Destination Media continues its leadership as the only player in its space with a 100 percent dedicated in-house sales team to further ensure clients receive the highest levels of customer service.

Gruskin brings strong relationships in the West Coast advertising community with 17 years in sales. With previous experience from Time Inc.’s Fortune/Money Group, Sports Illustrated, Sports Illustrated for Kids and LIFE Magazine in marketing and sales manager positions, Gruskin’s areas of expertise lie in cross promotions and integrated marketing, new business development, sales negotiations, and strategic partnerships.

Gruskin studied business administration with an emphasis on organizational communication from Pepperdine University, and earned the prestigious “Sales Person of the Year Award” twice over a three year period at Sports Illustrated For Kids for top performance within domestic and international ad sales staff.

Palmieri comes to Destination Media from Zoom Media, where she developed and maintained relationships with clients such as 20th Century Fox, Adidas, Toyota, EA Games, Clorox, POM Wonderful, FIJI Water and Ubisoft. Previously while at News America Marketing, Palmieri received the Global Excellence Award and was chosen to participate on a special task force to drive new business initiatives among new clients. Palmieri earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Farrell joins the Destination Media team with 13 years of experience with digital out-of-home companies including Reactrix Systems, Alloy Media and Marketing, and In-Store Sports Network, where he sold place-based, non-traditional and interactive marketing programs to key national accounts including P&G, AT&T, Viacom, Mars, Sony, Samsung, ESPN and McDonald’s, among many others. Farrell has a solid track record for building and retaining major clients and creating innovative solutions for marketers. Farrell has a Bachelor of Science from New York University.
