A leading national QSR brand promoted an everyday value deal on GSTV, running on screens in Detroit and surrounding markets in 2016. Placed, a leader in foot-traffic attribution research, used its panel of 3.5 million mobile device owners to calculate the impact of the GSTV campaign on incremental visits to the advertised restaurant.
38.8% of GSTV impressions were followed by a visit to the QSR within 4 days of exposure.
GSTV drove +15% lift in visitation translating to +440k incremental visits.
Return on ad spend was approximately $8.38.
