With more than 25 years experience in the media, automotive, consumer packaged goods, retail, and technology sectors; David Leider is a foremost authority in the digital media industry. As CEO and board member, Leider heads all business operations successfully positioning GSTV as the leading away-from-home television network. Before co-founding GSTV in 2005, David was a member of the senior management team at Yahoo!, and at three of the top advertising, marketing, and interactive companies in the world - J. Walter Thompson, Doner and Organic.
Prior to GSTV, Kuehn was the CFO for the largest global client account of WPP group, responsible for all financial and operational areas delivering a full breadth of marketing services in the US, as well as, in over 40 markets worldwide. In his 20 years in advertising, Kuehn was the Office and North American Regional Finance Director, and Global Client Finance Director, servicing world class automotive, fast food and retail industry clients. Previous experience includes three years as a senior manager with Accenture, following 10 years with Arthur Andersen.
Before co-founding GSTV in 2005, Mo owned and operated his own design, architecture, logistics and construction business. He studied at the University of London Art Academy and Reading College as well as the University of Detroit's Architectural School of Design. Leveraging his design and technical background, Mo has driven the development of GSTV's industry-leading DTV designs from DTV1 through today's new DTV4. In leading all field operations including installation, NOC, service and maintenance, Mo's logistics and construction experience have enabled him to drive 99.9% uptime, as well as 100% retailer customer satisfaction.
David comes to GSTV from SnagFilms, Inc., where he served in similar positions, directing strategy and distribution of high-quality filmed content across all digital platforms and devices, while managing all legal and business affairs of the company. Earlier he produced programming and consulted on strategies and business development for Disney’s ABC Family network and Discovery Networks. He will be responsible for leading all GSTV business development initiatives nationwide. Karp also will serve as in-house legal council for the company.
