Amy Ratliff, VP, Human Resources, leads GSTV’s people strategy and organizational development, translating business vision and goals into Human Resource initiatives that improve performance, profitability and growth. 

A strategic and culture-focused Human Resources executive, Amy brings a consultative, transparent and proactive approach to her role with progressive experience in all facets of Human Resources.  

Prior to GSTV, she served as Human Resources Director at Win3, where she built the entire human resource infrastructure, from the ground up, including all foundational programs, systems, policies, procedures and practices, and designed and built an in-house performance management tool saving the company over $100K in implementation costs. She brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience and leadership from her time at Plastic Omnium, International Bancard Corp, MyInsuranceExpert.com and Prefix Corporation. 

Her philosophy is that employees are like snowflakes, no two are alike. Working collaboratively and inspiring others to grow and reach their fullest potential, Amy maintains that it is integrity, values, and passion with experience that helps an organization and its team members to grow.

Amy completed her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and graduate degree from Walsh College. She lives in Michigan with her husband, son and Bernese mountain dog, Kodiak. Her family loves to travel and spend time in the great outdoors.
