Kristina Lutz is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record of driving growth, building strategic partnerships, cultivating relationships, and leading high-performing teams across agencies, publishers, and brands. Currently, as EVP of Marketing at GSTV, she leads consumer experience design, content partnerships, creative, ad solutions, PR/marketing communications, brand activation and events – effectively elevating awareness and driving commercial growth.

Prior to GSTV, Kristina was a member of the leadership team at CarSaver, an auto e-commerce start-up, where she developed strategic partnerships to expand brand awareness and propel growth. Before transitioning to her brand-side role, she held the position of President of Investment at Starcom, overseeing $6B in US media activation across all channels. She also spearheaded the content and multicultural practices and served as an essential member of Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), driving cross-channel marketplace innovation and transformation.

Kristina rejoined Starcom after serving as EVP of Connections at iHeartMedia, where she built a centralized partner-driven sales strategy and led business development and client partnerships for the Central Region. An active volunteer and mentor, she is currently a member of two boards – University of Iowa Marketing Institute and Chicago Interactive Marketing Association. Kristina resides with her husband in the Chicago area and is a proud mother of 3 sons and one fur baby.
